Chain of 7 gyms in Fortaleza. Static Next.js website with unit finder, B2B equipment catalog for investors and VIP lead capture via WhatsApp, hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Challenge
The chain grew to 7 units without a unified digital presence: unit info, class types and corporate benefits (Wellhub/Totalpass) scattered across Instagram and WhatsApp. It also needed a channel to sell equipment to investors (B2B) and capture leads for VIP pre-launch groups.
Solution
100% static site with Next.js 16 + React 19 + Tailwind CSS 4: interactive finder for the 7 units with a map modal, class types (weight training, Muay Thai, FitDance, Jiu-Jitsu and more), a 26-item equipment catalog for investors, and VIP forms integrated with WhatsApp. Deployed to Cloudflare Pages with GitHub Actions CI/CD, optimized images and self-hosted fonts.
